Preparing the Cream Cheese Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 180g (6.35 oz) of cream cheese, 30ml (2 tablespoons) of double cream (heavy cream), and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Stir until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. This filling will add the perfect balance of sweetness and richness to your bread.

Preparing the Buns

  • Take 4 brioche buns and slice each one into 6-8 segments, making sure not to cut all the way through. The base should remain intact to hold the filling securely.
  • Using a piping bag or spoon, generously fill each segment of the brioche buns with the prepared cream cheese mixture. Ensure every segment is well-filled to create a rich and indulgent flavor in every bite.

Making the Garlic Butter Coating
